Accessibility & Inclusivity

Outlining Our Commitment

At Crow Wood, we are committed to making every guest feel welcome, supported, and included across our resort. Accessibility and inclusivity are core values that guide our design of spaces and delivery of services throughout the entire resort.

Our facilities have been thoughtfully planned to accommodate guests with a range of needs. The hotel, spa, and restaurants are fully accessible via wide doorways and multiple lifts, including from the car park and internal resort areas. Our function rooms and public spaces are located on the ground floor, allowing for step-free access throughout. Accessible toilets with assistance alarms are also available in key areas.

Our hotel boasts four wheelchair-accessible rooms with fully accessible ensuite wet rooms, available on request.

We take dietary requirements and allergies seriously. A full allergen matrix is available online for all dining venues, and our team is trained to handle complex dietary requests with care. Guests can pre-notify us of specific dietary or medical needs via our online booking platforms. Tablets on site help ensure real-time allergen communication for a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Guests are encouraged to share any access or support needs before arrival, and we’re always happy to make arrangements in advance. Assistance dogs are warmly welcomed, and quieter zones in our restaurants are available for those who prefer a more relaxed or lower-stimulation environment.

Accessibility and inclusivity are important to us, and we want everyone to feel welcome and supported when visiting us. We are registered with Nimbus Disability and proudly accept the Nimbus Access Card. Guests who need a carer to attend with them are welcome to do so when they hold a valid Nimbus Access Card, which helps us better understand and meet individual access needs.

Above all, we aim to personalise each guest’s experience. If there’s anything we can do to provide extra comfort or support, our team will always do their utmost to help. Inclusivity isn’t just a policy – it’s part of the Crow Wood ethos.
