About the role:

Our Spa Attendants provide help and guidance to all Spa guests. Reporting to the Spa Manager and Supervisors, the right candidate will demonstrate excellent skills and competence in all areas of customer service to guarantee an exceptional experience for our visitors. In support of this, maintaining Spa Etiquette, health and safety policies and company rules, you must be confident and assertive and always able to remain polite. We are looking for a confident and professional Spa Attendant to join our team, delivering a calm, welcoming, and well-managed environment for all guests.

Job description:

A trainee spa therapist will be offered the opportunity to work in all areas of the spa.

Spa Reception – Meeting and greeting customers, helping the reception team, showing guests around the spa.

Thermal Suite – Checking guests have everything they need, including drinks and towels. After full in-house training will be able to administer a mud rasul treatment.

Back of house – Helping with administration and office duties.

Therapy Suite – Observing treatments with the therapists and helping them in their day-to-day duties

Spa Boutique – To help customers, to the best of their ability, choose products to take home. In house training will be given in retail brands

Only when a recognised qualification is earned or completed assessments within college will we allow trainee therapists to provide treatments to our guests, and only after passing a trade test.

Hotel Reception Assistant Manager

We are seeking a knowledgeable Assistant Reception Manager to work within a busy hotel complex and uphold their commitment to exceptional guest experiences and service.

Responsibilities:-

Oversee day-to-day operation of the front-of-house area with the Reception Manager or Manageress, ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
Able to manage and train the reception team, including the day porters.
Able to create and assist with training documents.

Hotel Reception Supervisor

We seek a knowledgeable Hotel Reception Supervisor to work within a busy hotel complex and uphold their commitment to exceptional guest experiences and service.

Basic Duties:

  • Guest Relations:
  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests and visitors, ensuring their first impression of the hotel is positive and professional.

Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort is renowned for the delivery of first-class Weddings, Events and Conferences in Lancashire. The Hotel holds 4 AA Silver Stars and has 86 letting bedrooms and a number of conference and events spaces, catering to up to 400 people.

We are looking for a Wedding Coordinator. You will be responsible for assisting the Hotel Manager & Senior Wedding Coordinator in the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring this runs smoothly.

Your key duties will include::

  • Drive revenue through effective sales, negotiation, yield management and conversion, to maximise the most profitable opportunities
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with prospective new and existing clients
  • Responding to daily enquiries via telephone and email, and facilitating hotel visits
  • Processing proposals, contracts and function sheets for clients while maintaining strong communication with key departments within the Hotel
  • Attending and contributing to meetings

    Deputy Head Housekeeper

    Duties/ResponsibilitiesSkills:

  • Induction programmes linked to correctly prescribed fitness regimes to suit customer expectations and capabilities within the limits of their overall health.
  • These fitness regimes must always be safe and effective for the individual with serious consideration being given to their pre-exercise screening information process.
  • Supervising of the gym and ensuring the overall safe conduct of members and maintaining awareness of any potential hazards and dangers
  • Maintain contact with members particularly those who usage has reduced to ensure maximum retention.
  • Cleaning of the gym and equipment in line with programmed schedules.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all personal information of members in line with data protection.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of customer care are provided at all times.
  • Reporting of any maintenance issues on equipment.
  • Safe and effective delivery of exercise classes.
  • Safe and effective delivery of personal training.
  • Hold a valid first aid certificate.
  • Take part and contribute to gym challenges as required.

    Assistant Spa Manager – Full Time

    We are looking to recruit a new assistant spa manager due to the growth of our business and internal promotion of our current assistant spa manager. Candidates must show exceptional customer service, to work alongside the current spa management team.

    Job Description:

    • Maintaining standards within the Thermal Suite, Therapy suite, Spa Reception and Spa Boutique
    • Supporting the spa management team, with day-to-day operations

    • Stock control

    About You:

    • Minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
    • Minimum 2 years spa management or spa supervisory role

    • Strong leadership and personal presence
    • Self-motivated and able to motivate, influence and inspire others
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels
    • Previous knowledge of booking systems: Premier Software, Resdiary and Guestline would be an advantage

    About the role:

    This is a new role to join a successful, established, and growing department, which plays a vital role within our Hotel and Spa Resort.

    The Reservations Team Manager will motivate and inspire a team of specialists in a call centre environment. Reporting into the Spa Manager and Director level, you will be accountable for driving a positive performance culture within the operation.

    Your aim will be to continue to improve our current processes and drive a supportive and friendly atmosphere, helping to create a positive work environment that will enable the entire team to deliver the best experience for our customers.

    Two or more years as a Team Manager within a reservation or contact centre is essential.

    We are looking for a reliable candidate with excellent communication and management skills.

    Job description:

    • Actively working within the office and leading the spa reservations team in a fast paced and challenging operation
    • Maximising the performance of the team
    • Supporting the new starter process and induction training
    • Monitoring your team’s performance and progression, whilst delivering customer experience goals and objectives
    • Be responsible for your team’s customer interactions and customer experience.

    About you:

    • Two or more years’ experience in a Contact Centre manager role
    • Passionate about people development and customer experience
    • Experience in managing a fast-paced environment
    • Self-motivated, ambitious and determined
    • Ability to manage and drive performance
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels
    • Knowledge of Live Web Chat and Guestline, Premier Software and Resdiary reservations booking systems is desirable but not essential
