BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOXING DAY & NEW YEAR’S DAY
A £20 non-refundable per person deposit is
required upon booking. Deposits are non-refundable 
and non-transferable within 48 hours of dining time. 
For cancellations with greater than 48 hours notice, 
we are happy to issue a voucher or a credit to the 
value of the deposits paid. For groups of 12 guests 
or more a pre-order will be required two weeks prior. 
Our three-course menu replaces our main menus on 
these dates and there is no discount for one-course 
or two-course options, however, our Children’s menu 
is available.
DEPOSITS & REFUND POLICY
A deposit of £20.00 per person must be paid 
within 7 days of the provisional booking being made 
unless stated otherwise. We regret that deposits 
are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds 
for other payments will not be issued until after 
the event has taken place and can only be issued
in the form of Crow Wood vouchers, rounded down 
to the nearest £10 (minus £20pp deposit). 
Please note that no refunds will be considered for 
changes and cancellations within 14 days of the 
event’s date. Bookings with overdue and/or 
outstanding monies owed may be cancelled 
without a full refund.
HALAL & SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS
We will do our utmost to accommodate special 
dietary requests, but we must be informed at the 
time of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for 
any Halal meat requests.
Please note: Crow Wood member discounts do 
not apply to any of our set-priced festive menus, 
functions or party nights.
